Downtown Boca Raton · Between Mizner Park and the Intracoastal
Boca Raton's downtown neighborhood
The Golden Triangle is the residential neighborhood just east of downtown Boca Raton, bounded by Federal Highway and Mizner Park, Palmetto Park Road and the Intracoastal Waterway. Buyers from out of town often know it simply as downtown Boca.
Few places in South Florida combine a walkable downtown with deep-water living. From most streets here you can stroll to dinner at Mizner Park or Royal Palm Place, while Golden Harbour and the estates along NE 5th Avenue sit directly on the water, a short cruise from the Boca Raton Inlet.
Older ranch homes on generous lots are steadily giving way to new custom residences, which is why the neighborhood draws both end buyers and builders. Ricky tracks every sale and every new listing here.
