About Lotus Palm

Living in Lotus Palm

Lotus Palm is GL Homes' contemporary community of 525 single-family homes on the north side of Glades Road just west of Florida's Turnpike, on the land of the former Boca Raton municipal golf course, inside the city of Boca Raton (33434). Built between 2023 and 2025, every home is modern in design, from the Fiji and Bali collections at about 1,966 to 5,177 square feet, most on lakes, and the community is now complete and in its resale phase.

At its center is a 26,000-square-foot clubhouse with the Crave restaurant and lounge, the poolside Aqua Bistro bar, a beach-entry resort pool, lap pool and splash pad, a 24-hour fitness center with training studio, kids' and game rooms, an indoor sports court, and a racquet club with six tennis courts and four pickleball courts. There is no club membership to buy, and homes are zoned for Boca Raton public schools. Read the full guide to living in Lotus Palm →

Questions buyers ask

Lotus Palm FAQ

Where is Lotus Palm?

Lotus Palm is on the north side of Glades Road immediately west of Florida's Turnpike in central Boca Raton (ZIP 33434), inside the city limits, on the site of the former Boca Raton municipal golf course. The main gate is on Glades Road.

How many homes are in Lotus Palm?

Palm Beach County property records show 525 single-family homes (platted as Boca Raton Golf Course PUD, plats one through six), built by GL Homes in 2023 and 2024. The community is sold out by the builder, so homes now trade as resales.

Is there a club membership to buy?

No. Lotus Palm is a non-equity community: the 26,000-square-foot clubhouse, Crave restaurant, pools, racquet club and fitness center are included in the HOA dues. There is no golf course and no membership to purchase.

What are the HOA fees?

Published association dues are about $679 a month, covering the 24-hour staffed gate and roving patrol, home alarm monitoring, lawn care for each home, the clubhouse and a social director. Confirm the current figure and any capital contribution with the association before you buy.

Which schools serve Lotus Palm?

Lotus Palm is zoned for Boca Raton public schools. Confirm elementary, middle and high school assignments for a specific address with the School District of Palm Beach County. Private schools nearby include Saint Andrew's School, Pine Crest Boca Raton and Grandview Preparatory.

What do homes in Lotus Palm sell for?

Beaches MLS records show 51 resales closed in the last 12 months, from $1.50M to $2.64M, with a median of $1.96M. Homes range from about 1,966 to 5,177 square feet across the Fiji and Bali collections. The map above shows every home's estimated value and each recent resale.

How is Lotus Palm different from Lotus and Lotus Edge?

All three are GL Homes' contemporary Boca Raton communities with resort clubhouses and no club membership. Lotus (2019 to 2022) is on Lyons Road north of Clint Moore Road in west Boca; Lotus Edge (2024 onward) is on Lyons Road and still building. Lotus Palm is the most central, minutes from the Turnpike, Town Center and I-95, and the only one of the three inside the city limits that is fully built out.
