GL Homes' contemporary community of 525 homes on Glades Road, minutes from the Turnpike and Town Center, with a 26,000-square-foot clubhouse and no club membership to buy.
Lotus Palm sits on the north side of Glades Road immediately west of Florida's Turnpike, inside the Boca Raton city limits (ZIP 33434), on the land of the former Boca Raton municipal golf course. It is the most central of GL Homes' Lotus communities: the Turnpike is next door, Town Center at Boca Raton about eight minutes east, and I-95, Boca Raton Airport and downtown all within about fifteen. GL's other Lotus communities are Lotus on Lyons Road north of Clint Moore Road and Lotus Edge on Lyons Road.
GL Homes built Lotus Palm in 2023 and 2024 and sold out quickly; Palm Beach County records show 525 single-family homes, platted as Boca Raton Golf Course PUD in six plats, most of them on lakes. The gatehouse on Glades Road is staffed around the clock, a security vehicle patrols 24 hours a day, each home's alarm is monitored through the association, and a social director runs the calendar. With the builder gone, the association is transitioning to owner control and the market is now entirely resales.
Daily life centers on a clubhouse of about 26,000 square feet: the Crave restaurant and lounge, the poolside Aqua Bistro bar, the Palms Lounge, event and multipurpose rooms, a card salon, a 24-hour fitness center with a group training studio, an arcade and kids' playroom, a game room and an indoor sports court. Outside are a beach-entry resort pool and spa, a lap pool, a splash pad, a covered playground, a party pavilion and a yoga lawn. Everything comes with the home through the homeowners association: no club membership, initiation fee or equity, and no golf course.

Entrance images are from a photograph (one enhanced rendering, one original); pool and racquet images are illustrative renderings.
The racquet club has six lighted tennis courts (clay and hard), four lighted pickleball courts, shaded pavilions and a pro shop, with lessons, clinics and leagues for every level.
Every home at Lotus Palm is contemporary: flat and low-pitched roofs, clean stucco, glass and stone, open plans and covered outdoor living. GL Homes offered two collections, Fiji (about 1,966 to 3,800 square feet, from two bedrooms and a den) and Bali (about 3,100 to 5,177 square feet, up to five bedrooms with a game room and loft and a four-car garage). Beaches MLS records show 51 resales closed in the last 12 months, from $1.50M to $2.64M, with a median of $1.96M. See each collection and what each size of home has resold for on the floor plans page, and every home's estimated value on the 3D map.
Homeowners association dues cover the clubhouse, pools and racquet club, the staffed gate and 24-hour patrol, alarm monitoring, lawn care for each home, the common grounds and lakes, and the social director. Published dues are about $679 a month; confirm the current figure and any capital contribution with the association (managed by GRS Community Management) before you buy. The community is pet-friendly within the association's rules.
Lotus Palm is zoned for Boca Raton public schools. Confirm the elementary, middle and high school assignments for a specific address with the School District of Palm Beach County, since boundaries for newer communities can change. Private schools within about 10 to 20 minutes include Saint Andrew's School, Pine Crest Boca Raton and Grandview Preparatory.
Florida's Turnpike is about three minutes away at Glades Road, and I-95 about ten minutes east. Town Center at Boca Raton is about eight minutes, Boca Raton Airport about ten, and Mizner Park, downtown Boca Raton and the beach roughly fifteen. Palm Beach International is about 30 minutes and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International about 35. Drive times are approximate and vary with traffic.
