About Gleneagles

Living in Gleneagles

Gleneagles Country Club is a private, gated golf community of about 1,082 residences in Delray Beach, just west of Jog Road between Atlantic Avenue and Linton Boulevard, opposite Addison Reserve: 220 single-family homes in five subdivisions, about 826 garden residences and a few dozen condominiums, around two 18-hole championship courses, 19 Har-Tru tennis courts, eight pickleball courts, a 90,000-square-foot clubhouse and a 15,000-square-foot Healthy Lifestyle Center with fitness, spa and a resort pool.

The club is member-owned and membership is mandatory. The Victory course was rebuilt by Kipp Schulties and reopened in January 2024, the Legends course is being rebuilt for a November 2026 reopening, and a $54 million clubhouse transformation began in June 2026 for completion in October 2028. Values depend on the subdivision, the view and above all the renovation: renovated single-family homes have sold between $700,000 and $1.39 million in the last 12 months, while unrenovated homes and the garden residences trade from the low $200,000s to the $700,000s.
