Mizner Country Club is a private, gated golf community of 473 single-family homes in west Delray Beach, on the east side of Lyons Road between Clint Moore Road and Linton Boulevard, just north of The Bridges and west of Florida's Turnpike. Built by Toll Brothers from 2000 to 2003 and named for architect Addison Mizner, its Mediterranean homes sit in ten subdivisions around an 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature course, later refreshed by Kipp Schulties, with lake and fairway views on most streets. The county plats the community as Delray Training Center PUD, after the horse-training center that stood here before.
Life centers on the 42,000-square-foot clubhouse and Central, the $22 million lifestyle center that opened in 2019 with a full-service spa, an expanded fitness center, casual dining venues and social spaces, alongside the resort pool, six tennis courts and pickleball. Membership is mandatory for every homeowner. Homes range from about 2,500 to more than 9,000 square feet; the estates on Del Prado, D'Alene and Andalucia carry the highest values, while the villas on Valhalla and the homes on Braeburn Ridge, Laurel Ridge and Double Eagle are the way into the club. Beaches MLS records show 17 sales in the last 12 months, from $1.05M to $3.55M, with a median of $1.5M.

Central is the $22 million lifestyle center the club opened in 2019 next to the clubhouse: a full-service spa, an expanded fitness center with studios, casual dining and a bar, and social spaces, alongside the resort pool. The main clubhouse, about 42,000 square feet, has the formal dining rooms and ballroom.
The 18-hole course is an Arnold Palmer Signature design, since refreshed by golf course architect Kipp Schulties. Membership is limited, so tee times are easy to get even in season.
