A guard-gated community of about 500 new GL Homes residences around a chain of lakes, with a 27,000-square-foot clubhouse and no club membership to buy.
Boca Bridges sits on the west side of Lyons Road between Clint Moore Road and Atlantic Avenue in west Boca Raton, ZIP 33496, with a second gate on State Road 7/U.S. 441. It is in unincorporated Palm Beach County with a Boca Raton address. A few minutes north on Lyons Road are its two older GL Homes siblings in Delray Beach, Boca Bridges and Seven Bridges; GL's Lotus communities are just south.
GL Homes built Boca Bridges between 2019 and 2022 as the newest and most contemporary of its three "Bridges" communities. Palm Beach County records show 502 single-family homes, platted as Hyder AGR PUD South in eight plats and laid out around a chain of lakes; most streets end at the water. The gatehouse on Lyons Road is staffed around the clock, a security vehicle patrols the community 24 hours a day, and each home's alarm is monitored through the association. The amenities sit on their own seven-acre island at the center of the community, and a lifestyle director runs a year-round calendar of events.
Daily life centers on a clubhouse of about 27,000 square feet. Inside are a restaurant with poolside seating and a full-service pool bar on a covered patio, a lounge with its own bar and catering kitchen for private parties, an indoor sports court, card and game rooms, and a fitness center with a group fitness studio, locker rooms with saunas and showers, and a massage room. Outside are a resort-style pool with shaded patio seating and cabana baths, a lap pool, a whirlpool spa, a kids' water park, an outdoor party pavilion, a full basketball court, a large shaded playground and an open play lawn. Everything comes with the home through the homeowners association: there is no club membership, initiation fee or equity, and no golf course.

Next to the clubhouse, the racquet center has six lighted clay tennis courts and one lighted hard court with shaded pavilions and stadium seating, four lighted pickleball courts, and a pro shop, with lessons, clinics and leagues for every level.
GL Homes sold Boca Bridges in five collections, Atlantic, Pacific, Coastal, Empire and Modern, with about 28 floor plans in contemporary, transitional and Mediterranean elevations. Living areas run from about 2,600 square feet with three bedrooms and a library to more than 8,000 square feet with six bedrooms, a home office, game room, loft, media room and a four-car garage. Most homes have private pools and many back onto the lakes. Beaches MLS records show 31 closed sales in the last 12 months, from $2.02M to $6.5M, with a median of $3.25M. See each collection and what each size of home has sold for on the floor plans page, and every home's estimated value on the 3D map.
Homeowners association dues cover the clubhouse, pools and racquet center, the staffed gate and 24-hour patrol, alarm monitoring, the common grounds and lakes, and landscaping for each home site. Published dues are about $1,120 a month in the Atlantic and Pacific sections and $1,173 in the Coastal, Empire and Modern sections, billed quarterly; confirm the current figure and any capital contribution with the association before you buy. The community is pet-friendly within the association's rules.
